Eric and his technician were SO fast in their responses, they were kind and helpful. The windows of the car got broken while it was parked at home so it was very stressful but Eric made sure the repair happened as fast as possible (on a weekend!!) so that I could feel safe again driving my car.

The price that I paid with Xclusive Auto Glass was nearly HALF of what safelite quoted me, a lot less money spent and more quickly and personal. xclusive came out to do the repair, too, so my car stayed here at home.

If I can give more than 5 stars I will. I called around a few places for a quote and Eric's price was not only the best, but he was great at following up with you. He arrived extremely early after giving me an ETA 12-3. After he was done with my windshield, he was kind enough to look at my mom's car even when he has another appt to run to. No need to search anywhere else but Xclusive Auto Glass. I highly recommend giving him a call for your windshield needs.

My rear power window stopped working. I tried to schedule with local auto shops, but they wanted me to drop off my car for the day Some wouldn't be able to fix it till next week. Xclusive was able to come to my home and repair my window in a few hours which was cheaper than a major business that would charge more for a home visit. I would use his services again.
